I'm passionate about helping you restore proper alignment and build functional strength. In my sessions, we'll focus on precision, posture, and core activation, with guidance perfectly tailored to your body. I bring a deep expertise in fitness and body management to United Pilates. With my Australian International Pilates certification and a 1st-degree Taekwondo black belt, I have a broad and unique understanding of how the body moves and functions.
